Job Analysis inducing the Musculoskeletal Disorder on the Process for Manufacturing of Radiator Case

The purpose of this study was to analysis to jobs inducing the Musculoskeletal Disorders(MD) and improve the working environment. The case study was conducted at S company where makes radiator case of heavy profile equipment. Most of works are plating and welding. Bending and welding are works which induce MD. The adjustable workstation and fatigue prevention mat were recommended for the welding and bending. A standing posture was recommended for the welding.
