Abstract
Objective : Anti-inflammatory effects of the extract of Lycii Fructus on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells were investigated. Method : In order to assess the cytotoxic effect of Lycii Fructus on the raw 264.7 macrophages 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay was performed.
