Abstract
Purpose: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the limited posterior approach for the surgical treatment of intraarticular fracture of calcaneus. Materials and Methods: From March 2000 to February 2006, we studied retrospectively 186 patients, 203 cases who were treated with open reduction and internal fixation through limited posterior approach and were followed up for more than 1 year.
