초록

We developed a fatiguing system that is capable of simulating the actual compressional fatigue of nonwovens in a daily use. The fatigue test was performed at nine different cycles. The compression properties including compression energy, compression linearity and thickness at given pressures with different compressional fatigue cycles have been evaluated with KES-FB3 after fatiguing the samples upto the given cycles. We examined the several formulas for the compression and recovery curves. We found the best equations describing the compression and recovery behaviors. Compression and recovery parameters, $\alpha$ and $\beta$, have been evaluated. The result of compression test for 3D(perpendicular laid) and 2D(spunlace) nonwovens shows different compressional behavior due to the different geometrical properties.
