Abstract
This study was performed to define roles of telomerase and apoptosis and their relationships with clinicopathologic characteristics in colorectal cancers. We performed TRAP (Telomeric Repeat Amplification Protoco1)-ELISA assay for telomerase activity and immunohistochemistry of active caspase-3 expression for apoptosis in 35 colorectal cancers.
