초록

디지털 전자기술의 발달로 빌딩내부의 전기시스템에도 큰 변화가 오고 있다. 아파트에는 백색 가전제품, 홈오토메이션 전자기기 및 정보화기기가 많이 설치되고 있다. 빌딩에는 각종 사무자동화기기 및 통신기기들로 가득 차 있다. 빌딩들은 통신 및 네트워크를 위하여 또 다른 외부빌딩과 연결되었다. 빌딩자동화시스템은 전기, 수도, 가스, 온수 등을 통합관리하며 원격검침을 실시한다. (중략)
