A Study on Benchmarking Technique and Application for Library

벤치마킹 기법의 도서관 활용에 관한 연구

This study intends to offer the success factor in benchmarking technique and its application for library through investigation of benchmarking's theoretic background, such as concepts, implementation process, fitness models, and application case studies. It is expected that this study could guide to library fields and apply to basic data in next studies.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관에서 벤치마킹 기법을 도입ㆍ활용할 때 선행적으로 요구되는 벤치마킹 기법의 개념, 수행절차, 적합 모형 등에 관한 이론적 고찰과 국내ㆍ외 도서관 적용 사례를 분석하여 도서관의 벤치마킹 성공요소를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 도서관 현장에서 벤치마킹 기법을 활용할 때 참고가 될 것이며 후속 연구를 위한 기초로서 활용될 것이다.
