SPECTRAL THEORY, TENSOR PRODUCTS AND INFINITE DIMENSIONAL HOLOMORPHY

Abstract

In this expository article we survey some recent developments on the construction of a holomorphic functional calculus for an infinite number of elements in a commutative unital Banach algebra.
