Abstract
Effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), known as an effective anticarcinogen in several animal models, on the tilapia were investigated. The CLA was made from safflower oil by alkaline isomerization method. Isomers in CLA such as cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 occupied over
