Abstract

The incidence of complications of measles is about 4% and most of the chief complications are in the respiratory system, such as pneumonia, bronchitis. One of other potential dangers of measles is exacerbation of an existing pulmonary tuberculosis. We report a case of exacerbated pulmonary tuberculosis in 15-year old male child after contracting measles during epidemic in year 2001.

저자들은 지속적인 고열과 심한 기침 및 가래, 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원한 15세 남아에서 결핵 치료를 받고 있던 중 홍역에 이환 되어 악화되었고, 투약 중이던 모든 약제에 내성이 나타난 폐결핵을 문헌 고찰과 아울러 보고한다.
