초록
이 논문은 현재 인터넷을 통해 탐색할 수 있는 한국인 대상 웹 기반 인물정보원을 실증적으로 분석, 평가함으로써 그 제작경향과 특성을 파악하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 평가방법은 현재 포괄적인 인물수록범위를 가지고 있는 한국 웹 기반 인물정보원 중 4종을 선정하여 9가지의 평가요소와 그 세부사항을 바탕으로 평가ㆍ분석하였다. 이러한 작업은 이용자와 참고사서에게 수많은 인터넷 인물정보원 중에서 우수한 인물정보원의 선택을 용이하게 해줄 것이며, 웹 기반 인물정보원 제작자에게는 보다 양질의 인물정보를 제작하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the current trends and characteristics of Korean internet searchable Web-based biographical resources by analyzing and evaluating in practices. Four among Korean Web-based biographical resources which have the comprehensive scope are chosen and evaluated by the 9 criteria and their detailed features. This study will allow users and reference librarians to more easily choose pertinent biographical references from the many internet resources. It will be also helpful by allowing publishers to produce more effective biographical information in quality.
