각막의 곡율반경, 굴절력, 난시에 대한 성인 남녀의 비교 분석

The Comparative Analysis of Male and Female of Adult on the Base Crve, Power and Astigamtism of the Cornea

각막의 기능적인 검사로 사용되는 케라토 미터는 각막의 곡율, 각막난시의 크기와 방각막굴절 표면의 질 그리고 각막표면의 안전성의 결정을 객관적인 방법으로 평가 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 각막의 곡율반경, 굴절력, 난시에 대해 성인 남녀를 비교 분석하였다. 남성의 우안 수직각막곡율반경은 약 7.656 mm이고 수평곡율반경은 약 7.966 mm이며 좌안의 수직각막곡율반경은 약 7.714 mm이고 수평곡율반경은 약 8.026 mm이다. 한편 여성의 우안 수직각막곡율반경은 약 7.559 mm이고 수평곡율반경은 약 7.695 mm이며 좌안의 수직각막곡율반경은 약 7.444 mm이고 수평곡율반경은 약 7.742 mm이다. 남성의 우안 수직각막 굴절력은 약 44.063 diopter이고 수평각막 굴절력은 약 43.738 diopter이며 좌안 수직각막 굴절력은 약 44.082 diopter이고 수평각막 굴절력은 약 42.304 diopter이다. 한편 여성의 우안 수직각막 굴절력은 약 44.082 diopter이고 수평각막 굴절력은 13.77 diopter이며 좌안 수직각막 굴절력은 약 44.347 diopter이고, 수평각막 굴절력은 43.495 diopter이다. 축에 따른 각막난시의 형태는 남성은 우안인 경우에 직난시가 89.19%이며, 도난시가 8.1%이고 좌안은 직난시가 91.89%이며, 도난시가 8.11%로 나타났다. 한편 여성의 경우는 우안의 직난시가 76.92%이고, 도난시가 23.08%이며, 좌안은 직난시가 80.76%이고 도난시가 17.31%이다. 각막난시의 도수에 대해서 1 diopter 이상에서 2 Diopter 미만이 44.89%이고 1 diopter 미만이 25.57%이며 2 diopter 이상에서 3 diopter 미만이 18.18% 순으로 나타났다.

But the male left eye was 44.046 diopter in vertical and 42.304 diopter in horizontal. On the other hand, the female right eye was 44.082 diopter in vertical and 43.77 diopter in horizontal. But, the female left eye was 44.347 diopter in vertical and 43.495 diopter in horizontal. According to the corneal astigmatism axis. The male right eye have 89.9% positive for with the - rule astigmatism, and 8.1 % positive for against - the - rule astigmatism. But, he male left eye have 91.89% positive for with - the - rule astigmatism, and 8.11 % positive for against - the - rule astigmatism. On the other hand, The female right eye have 76.92% positive for with - the - rule astigmatism, and 23.08 % positive for against - the - rule astigmatism. But, the female left have 80.76 % positive for with - the - rule astigmatism, and 17.31 % positive for against - the - rule as tigmatism. The diopter power of corneal astigmatism have 25.57% positive for behind 1 diopter, 44.89% positive for 1 diopter, 18.18% positive for 2 diopter, 5.11% positive for 3 diopter and 6.25% positive for over 4 diopter.
