Abstract
Cholic acid, conjugated with amine-terminated poly(W-isopropylacrylamide) (abbreviated as CA/ATPNIPAAm), was synthesized by a N, N'-dicyclohexyl carbodiimide (DCC)-mediated coupling reaction.
