Abstract
Increased competitionfrom non-bank financial serviecs and the advent of new informationand telecommunication technologies have forced banks to expedite the adoptionof electroni banking. In this thesis we identify factors that affect PC bankimg utilization. Empirical data analysis was performed for eight Korean banks. A relatively significant relationship was fuoung between the level of tecnological factors and PC banking utilization while no such relationships were foung between organizational factors and PC banking utilization.
비은행권 금융 기관들과의 경쟁심화와 새로운 정보통신 기술의 등장으로 인해 전자 뱅킹을 채택하는 은행들이 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문은 PC뱅킹의 사용에 영향을 주는 요소들을 파악한다. 국내에 8개 은행을 대상으로 실증자료분석을 수행한 결과, 기술적 요소와 PC뱅킹 사용정도 간에는 유의한 관계가 발견되었으나 조직적 요소와 PC뱅킹 사용정도 간에는 유의한 관계를 발견할 수 없었다.
