A Study on Organizational Change and Automation in University Library

자동화에 따른 대학도서관 조직구조변화에 관한 연구

The organization of university library is still not corresponding effectively with the infomation age. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to survey and analyze an organizational change which appears in the process of automatization, and to provide of fundamental elements for the efficient management in university library.

전자정보환경에 직면한 대학도서관 조직은 변화에 민감하게 대응하지 않으면 그 기능을 다할 수 없다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 대학도서관의 조직구조가 자동화에 따라 어떻게 변화되었는지 조사, 분석하여 정보화시대에 적합하고 효율적인 조직구조로의 전환을 위한 방안을 위해 제언함으로써 대학도서관 조직구조의 개선을 도모하는 데 궁극적인 목적이 있다.
