본 소고에서는 최근 국ㄴ애에서 공공도서관을 중심으로한 일련의 명칭변경과 통폐합 그리고 민간위탁이 제기된 배경을 파악하고, 특히 민간위탁안의 과졔를 논의하며 민간위탁 방안을 제안하다.
