Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine how university librarians utilize the information service in their library tasks by using computer telecommunication network. As a sample group, 215 librarians from 11 university libraries are selected. This study analyzes the purposes and the levels of utilization by the types of information services and the satisfaction. In addition, the application of telecommunication information service in library tasks and the relationship between them are also presented.
본 연구는 대학 도서관 사서들이 컴퓨터 통신망을 이용한 정보서비스를 도서관 업무에 어느 정도 활용하고 있는가를 조사 분석하였다. 본 연구의 조사 대상으로 11개 대학도서관의 사서 215명을 표본집단으로 선정하여 정보서비스별 이용도와 이용목적, 정보서비스에 대한 만족도, 정보서비스 이용과 도서관 업무간의 관계 및 활용도 등에 관하여 분석한 결과를 제시하였다.
