Abstract
As a part of basic investigation for utilizing by-products derived from marine food processing more effectively as a food source, lipid contents, fatty acid compositions and lipid compositions in viscera and head of conger eel and hair tail, viscera of mackerel pike, and squids caught off Newzealand and off Falkland island were determined.
