Abstract
Bismuth germanate crystals well known as scintillator were grown by Czochralski method. In order to understand a mechanism of radiation resistance in Eu-doped BGO, we measured radiation induced-absorption spectra, excitation spectra, emission spectra and luminescence lifetimes of BGO crystals.
