Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the degree of microleakage of Glass-Ionomer root canal sealer possessed several enviable properties with that of the other sealers and to evaluate clinical performance. One hundred twenty single-rooted teeth were used in this experiment. The teeth were cleaned mechanically and immersed for 24 hours in 5.25% sodium hypochlorite and clinical crowns then were removed. After the root canals were instrumented using a step-back technique. one hundred twenty single-rooted teeth were divided into five groups of 24 in each.
