Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of yarn count(combination of Ne 30's, 40's, 50's(CM)) and stitch density(CPI of 34, 37, 40) of interlock knitted fabric on the torapability and functional value which were derived from the basic mechanical properties for the purpose of provide the basic data for constructing high functional knitted fabrics were produced with good appearance and wear sensation. The experimental results were statistically analyzed to investigate the elects of drape coefficient, functional values and mechanical properties by knitting conditions.
