Stabilization of Subtilisin Carlsberg in Polar Organic Solvents by Chemical Modification

Abstract
The effects of chemical modification on the enzymes' stability in polar organic solvents were studied with subtilisin Carlsberg in dimethylformamide-water mixtures as a model system.
