Generally, the culture of dietary life in a country is closely related to the heritage of racial culture, and it is very important to inherit and develop the culture of the traditional dietary life. This research is to investigate consciousness and behaviors of dietary life using a questionnaire survey for 521 housewives living in Seoul and Kyonggido.
