초록

기술정보실 경영층의 지원도 및 환경적 변수가 연구자의 이용만족도와 유용성을 결정하는 정보봉사의 효율성과 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 소장자료 규모, 체계적 정리, 접근성, 속보성, 데이타베이스 설치 및 정보망 가입, 경영층지원 등으로 결정되는 이용만족도와 유용성이 정보봉사의 효율성을 높이는 데 유효한 것으로 분석되었다.

Upon completion of this study it became evident that users are more satisfied with information service with systematic arrangement, accessibility, updatedness, and abundance of information in the Scientific & Technical Library as well as skillfullness of librarians with academic background in the Library and Information Science. It is suggested that the Scientific & Technical Library carry out their missions on information networks with outside organizations using database systems.
