On the Blasting Accidents in Construction Works

This paper was reported on the seminar of Korean-Japanese professional engineers. The first of all, it was described the comparative rifle between Korea, Japan & USA on fatal accident on the construction works. Next, it was described that some accidents was occured in typical reason and it will help us to prevent the future accident.
