Concept Design for Inhouse Database Construction

사내(社內) 및 자사관련(自社關聯) 외부자료를 효율적으로 관리하여 사내(社內) 직원(職員)에 제공하여, 사내(社內) 보유정보를 공유함으로써 효과적인 기업활동(企業活動)을 지원하는 사내(社內) 데이터베이스 구축사업은 크게 개념설계, 데이터베이스 포맷설계, 색인초록작성, 데이터베이스 운영 및 유지보수 등의 단계로 분류할 수 있다. 본고(本稿)에서는 사내(社內) 데이터베이스를 본격적으로 구축하기에 앞서 사내(社內) 정보유통지원체제 및 활용자원 등을 체계화시키는 개념설계 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The inhouse database can be used as an effective tool for managing inhouse/corporaterelated informations, which efficiently support business activities as they are shared by all the inhouse members. The inhouse database construction processes can be classified into a concept design, various kinds of DB format designs, abstracting/indexing, and DB operation/maintenance. This article presents a method of systematizing the concept design elements such as information flow support system, usable resources, and so on.
