In resent year Laser Speckle and its development have enabled surface deformation of engineering components and materials to be interferometrically examined. Laser Speckle- Pettern Interferometry Method is a very useful method for measuring In-plane components of displacement. In measuring thermal expansion coefficient, the various problems generated were established, and the measuring limitation examined. Metarial INCONEL 601 was used in experiments.
