Abstract
The role of NAA(1-Naphthaleneacetic acid) and BA(6-Benzyladenine) in the adventitious shoot regeneratlon from Populus leaf segments and changes in the pattern of RNA and protein synthesis were investigated. The adventitious shoot regeneration octured at the basal cut end of Populus leaf segments.
