Abstract
The antioxidative effects of Rhus javanica
항산화 효과가 있는 붉나무 에탄올 추출물과 몇 가지 synergist를 팜유에 첨가, 라면 제조용 기름으로 사용하였고 같은 항산화제를 넣은 팜유 및 돈지로 감자 후레이크를 제조,
