Spores of the family Clomaceae, Acaulosporaceae. and Gigasporaceae in the ord er Clomales. isolated from greenhouse soils grown horticultural crop in the southern region of Korea, included those of the following species : Acaulospora biretculata Rothwell & Trappe, A. appendiculata Spain, Sievering & Schenck, A. foveata Trappe & Janos, A. denticulata Sievering and Toro. A. elegans Trappe & Gerd., A. rehmii Sieverding & Toro in Acaulospora species, Gigaspora gigantea (Nicol. & Gerd.) Cerd. & Trappe, G. decipiens Hall & Abbott in Gigaspora species, Glomus ambisporum Schenck & Smith, G. hoi Berch & Trappe, G. caledoniwn (Nicol. & Gerd.) Trappe & Gerd. in Glomus species, Scutellispora aurigloba (Hall) Walker & Sanders, S. calospora (Nicol. & Gerd.) Walker & Sanders, S. coralloidea (Trappe, Gerd. & Ho) Walker & Sanders in Scutellispora species. Sporocarps of Sclerocystis pachycaulis Wu & Chen were also found.

순천시(順天市), 승주(昇州), 보성지역(寶城地域)에 분포(分布)하는 시설원예지(施設園藝地)의 오이, 고추, 상추, 토마토 및 가지 등의 근권토양(根圈土壤)에서 분리(分離)된 VA균근균(菌根菌)의 동정(同定)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 시설재배(施設栽培) 토양(土壤) 중(中)의 속(屬), 종(種)의 동정결과(同定結果)는 Glomales 목(目), Glomineae 아목(亞目)에 속하고 Acaulosporaceae과(科)의 Acaulospora속(屬) 그리고 Glomaceae과(科)에 속하는 Glomus속(屬)와 Sclerocystis속(屬)가 확인(確認)되었고, 아목(亞目) Gigasprineae의 Gigasporaceae과(科)에 속하는 Gigaspora속(屬)와 Scutellispora속(屬) 등의 5개속(個屬) 15개종(個種)이 확인(確認)되었다. Acaulospora속(屬)에서는 6개종(個種) 즉 A. denticulata Sievering and Toro, A. elegans Trappe & Gerd., A. bireticulata Rothwell & Trappe, A. foveata Trappe & Janos, A. rehmii Sieverding & Toro, A. appendiculata Spain, Sievering & Schenck 등이 동정(同定)되었고, Glomus속(屬)는 3개종(個種) G. ambisporum Schenck & Smith(Type II), G. hoi Berch & Trappe, G. caledonium(Nicol. & Gerd.) Trappe & Gerd. 등이 Gigaspora 속(屬)는 G. gigantea (Nicol.& Gerd.) Gerd.& Trappe, G. decipiens Hall & Abbott, 그리고 Scutellispora 속(屬)는 S. aurigloba (Hall Walker & Sanders, S. calospora (Nicol.& Gerd.) Walker & Sanders, S. coralloidea (Trappe, Gerd. & Ho) Walker & Sanders 등 3개종(個種)과 Sclerocystis속(屬)에서는 S. pachycaulis Wu & Chen의 포자낭과(胞子囊果)가 동정(同定)되었다.
