Abstract

Bromo-acivicin derivative(17) and its homologs(15,16,8) were synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of vinyl glycine derivative(13) and allylglycine derivatives(9,12), respectively, with bromonitrile oxide(5).

Vinylglycine 유도체(13) 또는 allylglycine유도체(9,12)와 bromonitrile oxide(5)와의 1,3-이중 극성 고리화 첨가반응으로 bromo-acivicin 유도체(17) 또는 bromo-acivicin 동족체(15,16,8)를 합성하였다.
