Abstract
This study was done to verify factors affecting viability after cryopreservation and pregnancy rate after frozen-thawed embryo transfer into uterus. Embryos were cryopreserved slow freezing and slow thawing and used DMSO as cryoprotectant. The results were to follows. 1. Viability of frozen-thawed embryos were 75.5% (94/105), which compared with viability of embryos according to cell stage,
