A Study on Korean Bibliographical Information System Based on the Analysis of BLAISE am NACSIS

BLAISE와 NACSIS의 분석(分析)에 기초(基礎)한 한국서지(韓國書誌) 정보유통체제(情報流通體制)의 모색(摸索)

BLAISE, a information communication system England, has been developed steadily and expanded a network to the European countries, which reflects recognition of library at national level. In Japan, NACSIS has been established by a financial support from Ministry of Education and very active in networking throughout the nation. The development policy of their countries. In this study it is introduced a new concept, bibliographical information network and also suggested that bibliographical information system in Korea should be developed by expansion of KOR-MARC database.

영국(英國)의 정보통신체제(情報通信體制)로서 가장 견실하게 발전되어 오고 있는 BLAISE는 국가수준(國家水準)의 도서관인식(圖書館認識)을 반영하듯 국고지원(國庫支援)에 의하여 유럽의 각국(各國)에까지 네트워크를 확장하고 있다. 일본(日本)에서도 최근에 문부성(文部省)의 전폭적인 재정지원하(財政支援下)에 NACSIS를 창설하고 전지역에 걸쳐 네트워크를 편성하고 있다. 이들의 근본적인 발전요인(發展要因)은 견실한 정보정책(情報政策)의 실천(實踐)임을 논증하며 미국(美國)의 이른바 서지정보공동이용기관(書誌情報共同利用機關)들과 확연히 구분되는 요인들을 밝힌다. 정책주도형(政策主導型) 서지정보(書誌情報)네트워크라는 새로운 이념을 제시하며 성립조건(成立條件)을 정의하였다. KOR MARC의 DB를 확장하며 제고시킴으로써 한국(韓國)에 있어서의 서지정보유통체제(書誌情報流通體制)를 확립할 것을 제시한다.
