Abstract

In this paper, a method of dynamic modeling is proposed for a hydraulic power transmission with Merrite-Wilson gear train and a computer simulation program for dynamic analysis of the power transmission is developed. Using this computer program the transient characteristics during the gear change are observed and the influence of transmission design parameters and hydraulic control parameters are analysed. Through this result of study a criteria for the good shift quality is derived.

본 연구에서는 자동변속장치에 대한 기초 연구로서 자동화 대상인 Merrit-Wi- lson기어계를 가진 차량용 유압변속장치를 중심으로 엔진-변속장치-차량-주행부하의 복합시스템에 대한 동적모델링을 한후 동적성능 해석전용 전산프로그램팩키지를 개발 하여 변속중의 과도특성을 관찰하였다. 또한 수치해석 시뮬레이션을 통하여 각종 설 계변수 및 제어 변수의 영향을 파악하고 변속성능을 적정화하기 위한 기초자료를 도출 하였다.
