Abstract
Some properties of six kinds of waxy starches isolated from Olchal and Hankang(both of waxy rice), Chalborie (waxy barley), Yullmoo (waxy Job' tears), Chajoe (waxy foxtail millet), Chalsusu (waxy great millet) and Chalocsusu(waxy corn) were investigated.
