Abstract
Guidelines for the optimal management of patients with cervical cancerous nodes from an unknown primary site, has not been yet settled. However. radical treatment has been advocated employing either a surgery, or radiotherapy, or a combination of the two in relation to the location, stage and histologic features of the nodes in the neck.
