Evaluation of Diazinon Residues in Paddy Soil, Brown Rice and Rice Straw

답토양(畓土壤) 및 수도체중(水稻體中) Diazinon의 잔류평가(殘留評價)

A study was undertaken to investigate the persistence of diazinon in two different soils under field conditions. Half-life of diazinon granule(5%) incorporated into soils at a rate of 0.15 ㎏ a.i./l0a was 11 and $9{\sim}12$ days in Suweon and Iri soil under field conditions, respectively. Diazinon residues in brown rice and rice straw harvested from Suweon field were also evaluated by scheduled application intervals. On the basis of maximum residue limit of diazinon in brown rice, it is recommended that the insecticide could be applied upto 15 days before harvest at the limit of 4 spraying times.

수원(水原) 및 리리(裡里) 2개포장(個圃場)에서 diazinon립제(粒劑)의 토양중(土壤中) 잔류소장(殘留消長)을 구명(究明)하고 약제(藥劑) 철포회수(撤布回數) 및 시기별(時期別)로 수확(收穫)한 현미(玄米) 및 볏짚중 diazinon의 잔류양(殘留量)을 조사(調査)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1) 수원(水原) 및 리리(裡里) 포장조건하(圃場條件下)에서 토양중(土壤中) diazinon의 반감기(半減期)는 $9{\sim}12$일(日)로 철포회수(撤布回數)와 포장간(圃場間)에 큰 차리(差異)가 없었다. 2) 실험실시험(實驗室試驗)에서 diazinon의 토양중(土壤中) 반감기(半減期)는 수원토양(水原土壤)에서 12.6일(日), 리리토양(裡里土壤)에서 11.6일(日)이었다. 3) 락제처리별(樂劑處理別) 현미중(玄米中) diazinon의 잔류양(殘留量)은 부검출(不檢出)${\sim}0.14ppm$으로 이에 따른 안전사용기준(安全使用基準)은 수확전(收穫前) 15일한(日限), 살포회수(撒布回數) 4회 이내(回 以內)였다. 4) 볏짚 중 diazinon의 잔류양(殘留量)은 $0.08{\sim}4.76ppm$의 범위(範圍)였다.
