T.T.C. Reduction Test에 의한 유즙중(乳汁中)에 잔류(殘留)하는 항생물질(抗生物質)을 검출(檢出)하는데 있어 반응(反應)에 마치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)코자 항생제(抗生劑), 세제(洗劑), 소독제(消毒劑)와 pH, 산도(酸度) 및 시험균(試驗菌)의 배양조건(培養條件) 등에 관하여 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 각(各) 항생제(抗生劑)에 대한 T. T. C. 반응도(反應度)는 Penicillin계(系)가 0.02~0.05IU로서 가장 예민(銳敏)하였고, Vibramycin, Synthomycin 및 Teramycin을 제외(除外)한 나머지 광역(廣域) 항생제(抗生劑)는 비교적(比較的) 둔(鈍)한 반응(反應)을 나타냈으며, Streptomycin계(系)는 가장 둔감(鈍感)한 반응(反應)을 나타냈다. 2. 세제(洗劑)에 대한 T.T.C. 반응도(反應度)는 Hi-Ti, NaOH 각각(各各0 0.7%, 0.1% 이상(以上)에서 양성반응(陽性反應)을 나타냈다. 3. 소독제(消毒劑)에 대한 T.T.C. 반응도(反應度)는 차아염소산(次亞鹽素酸) Na, 표백분(漂白粉) 및 Harasol은 200~500PPM, Phenol, Cresol 및 Iode-k는 0.15~0.35%의 범위내(範圍內)에서 각각(各各) 양성(陽性) 반응(反應)을 나타냈다. 4. 시험균(試驗菌)의 증식배양온도(增植培養溫度)는
This study was carried out in order to know the effect of T. T. C. reaction on antibiotics, cleanser, disinfectants, pH, acidity and station of culture a bacterial Streptococcus thermophilus was used to 2.3.5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride reduction test for the detection of residual antibiotics in milk were tested. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. The T. T. C. reaction was most sensitive in the group of penicillin as 0.02~0.05 IU and also it was less sensitive in Streptomycin and various broad antibiotics except Vibramycin, Synthomycin and Teramycin but it was least sensitive in Streptomycin group. 2. For ther T. T. C. reaction test on cleanser, the positive reaction was appeared above 0.7% of Hi-Ti and 0.1% of NaOH solution respectively. 3. For the T. T. C. test reaction on disinfectants, the positive reaction was occured on 200~500 ppm solution of sodium-hypochlorite and chloride-lime, 0.15~0.35% solution of phenol, cresol and Iode-K. 4.
