Abstract
The purpose of this experiment was performed for ascorbic acid contents of market milk in Seoul city area during the period of two seasons from spring (April, 13 to 30) to summer (July, 5 to 16) 1976. The samples were collected into five groups (A,B,C.D and E) according to factory products of market milks. The results obtained were as follows : 1.
