Study on the Comparison of Serum Protein Composition and Serum Tryptophan Content of Farming-, Fishing- and Mountain Villagers with their Nutrient Intakes

농(農), 어(漁), 화전부락민(火田部落民)의 혈청단백조성(血淸蛋白組成) 및 혈청(血淸) Tryptophan 함량(含量)과 영양섭취상태(營養攝取狀態)와의 비교연구(比較硏究)

Total amount of feed and calory intakes of mountain villagers show higher level than those of farming and fishing villagers, however, total amount of protein intakes of mountain villagers was much less than that of other villagers. Blood specific gravity, serum protein content and serum tryptophan content were low in inhabitants of mountainous area than those of other villagers, but in the serum protein fractions, the A/G ratio show higher value in inhabitants of mountainous area than those of other villagers. It is interesting result that serum protein tryptophan content presented a significant positive correlation with that of serum gamma globulin and a significant negative correlation with that of serum albumin. And the data obtained in the present study could be established by the result of animal experiment (rat experiment) reported by Koyanagi et al.

(1) 농(農), 어(漁), 화전부락민(火田部落民)의 식품섭취상태(食品攝取狀態)와 영양섭취상태(營養攝取狀態)를 조사(調査)하여 식품총섭취량(食品總攝取量)과 얻은 총열량(總熱量)은 화전부락민(火田部落民)이 높은 값을 갖지만 섭취총단백량(攝取總蛋白量)은 훨씬 적은 값을 갖었다는 사실(事實)을 알았다. (2) 혈액비중(血液比重), 혈청단백량(血淸蛋白量), 및 혈청(血淸) Tryptophan량등(量等)을 측정(測定)하여 그 값이 화전부락민(火田部落民)의 것이 훨씬 낮은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 그중(中) 특(特)히 혈청(血淸) Tryptophan함량(含量)은 유의성(有意性)의 차(差)(값)를 나타내는 결과(結果)를 얻었다. (3) 혈청단백분획(血淸蛋白分劃)에서 A/G비(比)는 화전부락민(火田部落民)의 것이 타부락민(他部落民)의 그것보다 약간(若干)높은 값을 표시(表示)하고 있다. (4) 농(農), 어화전민(漁火田民)의 혈청(血淸) Tryptophan 함량(含量)과 ${\gamma}-globulin$ 사이엔 유의성(有意性)인 정(正)의 상관관계(相關關係)를 갖었으나 혈청(血淸) Tryptophan양(量)과 Albumin과의 사이에는 유의성(有意性)인 부(負)의 상관관계(相關關係)를 나타내고 있다. (5) 이러한 연구결과(硏究結果)는 Koyanagi씨등(氏等)의 동물실험(動物實驗) 결과(結果)를 가지고 입증(立證)할 수 있게 되었다.
