ICT규제의 문제점과 해결방안

If you look at the regulations about ICT, you can notice that many of them are not realistic or difficult to carry out. The government has been planned for the development of ICT technology by announcing '3-year economic innovation'. However the enterprises argued that those planning rather ruined our development. The world's highest technology is in South Korea, but we couldn't make a good result in the national index. Therefore we will find some solutions of several points of view of regulations in our country which we handle in the text.

ICT 관련 규제들을 살펴보면 현실에 맞지 않거나 실행하기 어려운 규제들이 많다. 정부에서는 '경제혁신 3개년 계획'을 발표하여 ICT기술의 발전을 도모하였지만, 기업들은 정책으로 인해 발전하지 못한다고 생각하였으며, 세계 최고 수준에 도달해있는 기술이 있지만 규제로 인해 국제지표에서는 그다지 높은 성과를 내지 못하고 있다. 국내의 규제를 바라보는 몇가지 시선을 본문에서 다루고 문제점들의 해결방안을 모색하였다.
