초록

VTS에서 해상교통관제를 함에 있어서 특히 사용자측면에서 VOC기능의 활용극대화는 효율적인 선박관제를 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 VOC에서 제공하는 기능과 실제적으로 관제구역 내의 통항하는 선박들의 관제를 위하여 관제사들의 사용하는 기능을 조사 및 분석함으로써 관제기능의 활용극대화 방안과 관제기능 향상방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 관제시스템 고도화 관점에서 관제시스템의 GUI 설계 시에도 활용가능성이 기대된다.

The efficient utilization of VTS console functions in terms of user helps carry out VTS tasks successfully. All the console functions for VTS operation have been surveyed. The default functions used in current VTS console are evaluated by VTS operation, Most popular functions are categorized, and the other functions for the advanced VTS services are suggested. The result of research expect application possibility when designing of GUI.
