초록
무선통신기반 열차제어시스템은 전용 주파수대역을 사용하여 운용되는데, 고정된 경로 이외의 지역에서는 해당 주파수 대역의 사용이 이루어지지 않고 있어 효율성에 있어 문제점이 제기된다. 본 논문은 철도전용 주파수대역을 타 지역에서 일반 이동통신용으로 사용할 수 있도록 단말기가 양 통신망 사이를 유기적으로 넘나들 수 있게 하는 망 접속관리기법을 제안한다.
Wireless communications based train control system which is operated with a dedicated frequency band is used only on the fixed path. Because of that, the problem arises in the area of efficiency. In this paper, a network access management technique is proposed to make the railway dedicated frequency band accessible by a normal mobile communication users efficiently and safely.
