Abstract
In this paper, the operation of current-fed quasi-Z-source inverter (QZSI) with buck-boost function, improved reliability, and regeneration capability is analyzed. The modified space modulation technique for controlling effectively both shoot-through time and zero voltage time is suggested. The simulation result is carried out in order to verify the performance of proposed technique.
