초록

본 논문에서는 부스트 컨버터 토폴로지의 하드스위칭 기법과 소포트스위칭 기법의 주파수에 따른 손실을 분석한다. 이에 따라 스위칭 주파수에 따른 최소의 손실이 발생하는 토폴로지를 도출한다. 각각의 손실 분석은 실제 소자의 파라메터를 동일하게 적용하여 이론적으로 분석 한다.
