Abstract
A compressed video stream is very sensitive to transmission errors that may severely degrade the reconstructed image. Therefore, error resilience is an essential problem in video communications. In this paper, we propose novel temporal error concealment techniques for recovering lost or erroneously received macroblock (MB).
