Verification of the Use of Architectural PC for Improving the productivity in an Apartment Housing Project

공동주택 공사에서의 건축 외관용 PC 활용에 따른 생산성 향상 분석

In Korea, it has recently occurred that problems of productivity and construction duration in the construction industry. If five days per week system come into effect, they'll become more urgent. The productivity of construction industry and competitive construction duration in Korea are too low. If post sale system becomes effective, construction companies will strive to improve productivity. Therefore, the objective of this study is to draw up Architectural PC as the alternative for productivity improving and analyze possibility of productivity improving by comparing with established method of construction.

최근 국내 건설 산업에서 생산성과 건설공기 측면에서 문제점이 드러나고 있으며 또한, 국내 건설 산업의 생산성과 공기 경쟁력이 선진국에 비해 매우 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 여기에 주5일 근무제가 시행된다면 문제는 더 심각해진다. 또한, 현재 입법 예고된 후분양제도가 실행된다면 건설사 입장에서는 공기 단축을 위한 생산성 향상이 건설업의 생사가 달린 일이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생산성 향상을 위한 방안으로 PC의 한 종류인 건축 외관용 PC를 제시하고, 건축 외관용 PC를 사용하는 방안을 기존의 공법과 비교를 통해 생산성이 향상 되는가를 분석하고자 한다.
