A Study on the Detail Conception for An Advanced Electrical Safety System By Analyzing Electricity Accidents

Since Korea has more accident rate than advanced country, it causes very serious problems in national. In this paper electricity accidents of Korea are analyzed by using a new microscopic method, which is different from existing macroscopic methods. And enhanced methodologies for Korean safety system are designed conceptually by analyzing and comparing causes of electricity accidents with advanced countries based on how many accidents occur by case types and what specification these types have.
