Abstract
In order to provide the tailored maritime administration service for fishermen, the Korea coast guard services related to fishermen are analyzed. The familiarity of fishermen with the services is made up questions and analyzed. The programs to enhance perception, kindness, satisfaction, reliability on the services are proposed.
수요자 중심의 맞춤형 해양행정서비스 제공을 위한 기초연구로 어업종사자 관련 해양경찰업무를 분석하고 녹동항 어업종사자의 해양경찰업무에 대한 친숙도를 인지도, 친절도, 만족도, 신뢰도 요소별로 조사 분석하고 그 향상방안을 제안하였다.
