전기철도분야 국제 표준화 흐름에 대응한 한국철도표준규격의 발전 방향

Advancement Directions for Korean Railway Standard(KRS) Corresponding to the Trend of International Standard in Electric Railway

According to Korean railway safety law and its ordinances, the Korean railway standard(KRS)s to recommend railway operators and manufacturers the regulations for safety and inter-operability of railway system were enacted in the early 2006. In order to reflect rapidly advancing railway technologies and correspond to the international railway standard led by Europe and Japan, KRSs should be confirmed and revised continuously. This paper deals with recent trends in enacting international standards by IEC and the Europe and Japan's activities for this, and presents advancement directions for KRS.
